  • Hot Lunch Program / When: Every Monday to Thursday / Time: 11:45 am - 1:15 pm / Place: WFN Band Hall / Cost: $2.50 per meal / Call the Heath Center for the meal at 325-3570 or 328-3303 ext. 589

  • COHI CLINIC / When: Call the Health Center / Place: Health Centre / For: Children in Elementary / Call the heath centre for an appointment. Read more go to the Dental Therapist page. Remember to get fluoride treatment for children 0-7 years by calling Kim at 325-3215.

  • Prescription pick up program / If you need to have a prescription picked up call the Health Center at 325-3570. Prescriptions will be picked up one in the Morning and once in the afternoon.

  • Beading Group / Place: Health Center / Time: 6:30 - 8:30 pm / When: Tuesday / Instructor: Annie Nicholas / You may even bring your knitting or crochet and teach us a thing or two.

  • Moms & Babes Gym Time / When: Thursday / Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon / Where: Downstairs in the Preschool Building in the new Part /For Parents and their babies 2 and under. The intention is for Moms to gather and socialize (I will have morning coffee available) with other moms in a space where babes can run and play safe. We have some ride along toys and some mats if you want to get on the floor and play with your baby. Please come and offer any suggestions for our group.

  • Professional Counselor / If you would like to meet with the counselor call 325-3570 and make the appointment. All information will be kept private and confidential.

  • Foot Care / Call for an appointment at 325-3570

  • Kickboxing / When: Sunday @ 2:00 pm and Wednesday @ 7:00 pm  / Place: WFN Gym / Taught by David Vautour

  • Kickboxing / When: Sunday @ 12:00 (noon) and Tuesday @ 6:30 pm and Friday @ 10:00 am / Taught by Jaime Hall

  • Online Access / When: Monday to Thursday / Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm / Place: WFN Band Hall

  • Blood Draws, Pregnancy tests, and Urine sample / Where: WFN Heath Centre / The Nursing office will be providing phlebotomies (blood draws), pregnancy tests, and urine sample bottles for anyone in the community who would like the convenience of not having to wait at the hospital.

  • Kids Beading / When:  Wednesdays, Tuesday  / Where: WFN Health Center / Time: 6pm to 8 pm

  • Adult Beading (18 and older)/ Wednesday / Where: WFN Health Center / Time: 9:30 - 11:30
